AIIMS NORCET 11 Age Limit 2026
The NORCET age limit for all candidates is calculated as on the closing date of online registration, i.e., 13 August 2026. The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 30 years for General/Unreserved candidates. Category-wise relaxation is provided as per Government of India rules.
General Category Age Limit
For NORCET age limit general category: The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 30 years as on 13 August 2026. No additional relaxation is available for the general (UR) category beyond the base limit. EWS candidates also have the same 30-year upper age limit with no relaxation.
OBC Age Limit
For the NORCET exam age limit for OBC candidates: OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are entitled to a relaxation of 3 years over the general upper age limit. This makes the maximum age limit for OBC candidates 33 years as on the last date of application. A valid OBC NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate is mandatory.
SC/ST/EWS Age Relaxation
For NORCET age limit ST category and SC category: SC and ST candidates receive a relaxation of 5 years, making the maximum age 35 years. For NORCET age limit EWS category: EWS candidates have the same age limit as the General category (30 years) with no additional age relaxation. PwBD candidates receive an additional relaxation of 10 years over and above the applicable category relaxation.
