ESI (Economic & Social Issues) is a distinctive paper in RBI Grade B Phase 2. RBI Grade B basic pay is ₹35,150/month. However, with DA, HRA, CCA, Special Allowance, LTC, medical benefits, and performance bonuses, gross monthly compensation is ₹1,00,000–₹1,20,000. Annual CTC including all benefits and PF is approximately ₹16–₹20 lakh. RBI also provides subsidised housing to officers.
